Year 11 Child Studies Excursion

The Year 11 Child Studies students created costumes from popular children’s books, inspired by the annual “Book Week” parades. Students were required to research, plan and budget to create costumes that were less than $10 to make.

On Friday 28th October the students were able to present the costumes they created to the Reception/Year 1 class at Fraser Park Primary School. The students spent some time explaining their costumes to the class and then read them some stories. This was a great opportunity for the students to work with younger children and it was great seeing the enthusiasm of all students involved!
