Senator Marielle Smith visit
On Monday 21st September, last week of term 3, the Year 9 Civics classes were fortunate to have the opportunity to meet with Senator Marielle Smith. Marielle spoke of her role as a Senator and her life before becoming a Senator. She took questions from the floor as well as providing students with some basic knowledge of the 3 levels of government.
We thank Marielle for giving up her time to come to speak to our students and look forward to further visits from her in the future.
