Minister John Gardner MP visits MBHS
In a lightening tour of Murray Bridge High School the Minister for Education, Mr John Gardner, Member for Hammond Adrian Pederick and Education Director, Stan Hagias, were treated to a snapshot of life at MBHS from students’ perspectives.

• School captains Zella and Kiah greet the Minister and his party.
• Shontae welcomes our special guests to country
• Tyson, Jayden and Malakai perform a smoking ceremony with the support of staff Jeff McKeown and Greg Carter
• Minister Gardner presents certificates to Riley, Mitchell, Khendrick and Nate for their success in the State Shark Tank Finals.
• The Minister looks over the progress of the capital works program and sees Doorways to Construction students erect scaffolding as part of their VET training
• The Vocal ensemble present a melodious rendition of Queen’s ‘We are the champions’ under the direction of Kelly Doddridge.
• The group visit classes in the Hindmarsh building where the STEM refurbishment has made a significant difference to teaching and learning
• Principal Ruth Mussger and Deputy Principal Paula Hahesy present snippets of our improvement journey and successes particularly in Literacy and Numeracy.
