In this course, students develop an understanding of contemporary dramatic practice and conventions by creating a scripted performance (eg. documentary Drama, Page to stage and Commedia Del Arte). Students will self direct their rehearsals and performance to present the production in front of their targeted audience. Students will use technical language to reflect, analyse and evaluate their performance and others (peers) using the interests of their target audience.
A small cost may be involved if students travel to view a live Theatre performance.
