Design encompasses communication and graphic design, environmental design, and product design. It emphasises a problem-solving approach to the generation of ideas or concepts, and the development of visual representation skills to communicate resolutions. Students choose their areas of study based on their own interests and aspirations, completing a Visual Study, Folio(s) and Practical(s) with accompanying statements.These are in depth studies which require a genuine interest in pursuing knowledge and practice in the design fields chosen.
An A3 sketchbook will be provided.
