Students learn food safety requirements in creating a picnic food and the impact of the food consumed on our health and bodies, they build on their kitchen skills and processes to operate safely and efficiently in the kitchen while working with others (peers). Students will continue to develop the skills to evaluate, create, justify and plan a food solution against a design brief criteria.
WHS requirement of closed in shoes and long hair tied back in every lesson.
