Students explore Australia's diverse cuisine, create their own food product in response to their personal culture and create a food product for an intended audience. Eg. school lunch box. They will build on their kitchen skills and processes to operate safely and efficiently in the kitchen while working with others (peers). Students will develop the skills to evaluate, create, justify and plan a food solution against a design brief criteria.
