Year 8 - Food Technology

Course Overview

Students will learn to read, adapt and create a recipe, accurately measure and prepare ingredients and gain time management skills. They will develop safe and efficient processes while working with peers in their preparation of food and will gain the knowledge to evaluate and improve their processes and product against a design brief and criteria. 

WHS requirements of closed in shoes and long hair tied back in every lesson.
