The aim of this subject is to prepare students for a pathway into Year 11 and 12 Physical Education. This course provides students with opportunities to learn in, through and about movement and develop the essential skills required at SACE PE.
Key concepts explored can include energy systems, fitness components, training principles and methods, skill aquisition, coaching approaches, data collection and analysis. Students work individually and collaboratively to explore these concepts and apply them in and outside of the classroom.
