Year 10 - Physical Education

Course Overview

Students develop positive attitudes towards health and physical activity through engaging in sports, games and recreational activities that aim to develop their personal and social skills, teamwork, collaboration and leadership skills. Students will analyse their performance and implement feedback to improve their own and others performances. 

Students analyse and apply health and physical education information to devise and implement strategies and practices for maintaining positive and safe relationships as well as healthy and active lifestyles. They develop an understanding of the role that a range of physical activities play in defining cultures and identities and how they contribute to community health and wellbeing.
