Stage 2 Drama consists of the following areas of study: Group Production, Creative Presentation and Evaluation and Creativity.
Students will build on their knowledge and understanding of writing, analysis and performance skills. There will opportunity to participate in on stage and off stage roles as individuals and collaboratively. Off stage roles can include Theatre Technician (Lighting, sound and multimedia) and costume, hair, make up, set and prop design and publicity. Creativity, commitment and dedication to the presentation of Dramatic works and rehearsals in addition to Drama lessons will be required.
There may be a small fee required for viewing live performances, theatre visits and/or special workshops. Students must be prepared to attend rehearsals outside of lesson times.
Nil, however a semester of Stage 1 Drama is recommended
