In this course, students develop an understanding of contemporary dramatic practice and conventions by creating a community performance for a targeted audience (eg. Children Theatre). Students will participate in a whole class performance directed by the teacher incorporating skills and knowledge gained throughout the semester. Students will use technical language to reflect, analyse and evaluate their performance and others (peers) using the interests of their target audience.
A small cost may be involved if students travel to view a live Theatre performance.
