Year 7 - Food Technology

Course Overview

Students will learn to read and create a product from a recipe, measure ingredients, prepare food safely and manage their time in preparing food. They will develp the abilitiy to work in the kitchen with their peers, emphasising safety and maintaining cleanliness. 

WHS requirements of closed in shoes and long hair tied back in every lesson.
