This course gives students an introduction to practical experiences in Woodwork, 3D printing and Computer Aided Design. It is a skill-based course where students learn to work with a variety of tools, materials and software. Students will learn about the design cycle while undertaking building projects. WHS is a significant component of this subject making sure students stay safe while using hand tools, power tools and plant machinery.
WHS requirements for practicals are closed in footwear, apron and safety glasses are to be worn in every lesson.
